Buy Beltr, and if it isn't for you, email support@beltr.app within 14 days for a full refund. No forms, no questions, no hoops. That's the whole policy — the rest of this page is just the details.
Email support@beltr.app with the email address you used at checkout, or your license key if you have it handy. You don't need to give a reason. Beltr is built by one person, so the email goes to me, not a ticket queue.
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, the payment processor that handles every Beltr checkout, back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show on your statement.
On the day of purchase — the date on your Lemon Squeezy receipt email.
Your license key is deactivated with the payment processor. Anything Beltr created on your machine — separated tracks, lyrics — is yours to keep or delete; nothing was ever uploaded anywhere.
